ABOUT THE COMPANY

Ongmac Trading Pty Ltd provides sales, service and parts to the agricultural, industrial and small engine industry in Northern NSW based in Lismore.
Stocking strong reputable brands including Kubota, Stihl and Honda power equipment.
About the Role
We are seeking to fill a clerical/service advisors role in our service department. Reporting directly to our service manager the successful candidates duties will include customer service, general administration duties and data entry.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willing to learn new skills and personally grow and develop
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with all workplace WHS requirements
  • Intermediate computer skills- Excel and Word
  • Experience with Auto it computer system desired but not essential
  • Previous experience working in a similar role which includes direct dealing with customers as well as a knowledge of the tractor, industrial or small engine industry is desired but not essential in being successful in this position.
    Remuneration will be as per applicable award.
