Responsibilities:

As Service Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.Handling commercial activities on fast-pacing highly complex markets
  • Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance and any other required.
  • Leading an assigned geographical area with medium-sized estimated orders developing a strong understanding of Customer, market dynamics, competition.
  • Actively developing and utilizing financial and non-financial analytic / analysis / metrics as needed.
  • Fostering the Company core values and ethic behaviours.
  • Being involved in other internal strategic activities or initiatives under the competencies of the Center of Excellence commercial team

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with several years of experience in Sales).
  • Several years of experience in Sales/Commercial (minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial roles
  • Strong natural communication skills and leadership skills in Italian and English written and oral (B2 minimum). French / Arabic would be a preference
  • Inclusive mindset and natural ability to work and collaborate in multi-cultural diverse teams.
  • Effective problem identification and solving skills, clear thinker and fast learner.
  • Availability to travel for business when required
