Description:

The Bilingual Service Consultant, reporting to the Supervisor, International & Partnership Programs, is responsible for providing service and analytics excellence to our national and international clients with Third Party Administration / Third Party Payor services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our Consultants and other internal partners in managing the ongoing activity for our clients with TPA/TPP services;
  • Resolve and address escalated client issues and inquiries along with coordinating with internal departments and /or carriers;
  • Provide service support to our clients and members relating to the administration of their group benefit plans
  • Determine and work towards resolution of any discrepancies found within contracts, booklets, and our processes in adherence with the client’s wishes or with policy;
  • Proofread booklets and contracts for accuracy and ensure compliance with client’s requirements, legislation, and collective bargaining agreements;
  • Review, prepare & peer review analysis of regular reporting, benefit summaries, amendments, and employee presentations/communications;
  • Prepare marketing submissions, including benefit comparisons and change of carrier procedures;
  • Draft employee announcements if required related to change in carrier and deliver all relevant documents;
  • Ensure the smooth transition of benefits ensuring any client risk and exposure is mitigated;
