WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for new employees (m/w/d) for the Premium Hub CoE RSD who work with us to shape the constant technical progress and the digital transformation of the SAP customers. In the CoE, we help our customers implement SAP software and ensure that they can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software, including quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer.
Kickstart your career at SAP services no matter if your preference is rather business processes (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement or Master Data) or technology (In-Memory Database SAP HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (ML/AI), SAP Analytics, data lakes, SAP Fiori).
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Holistic support for SAP implementation, digital transformation and cloud transition projects
- Analyze critical customer situations including performance, scalability, custom-code and implementation design
- Work with a highly experienced team of technical experts
- Collaborate with teams in other regions across the globe
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to customers in complex environments for specific fields/areas
- Support our customers in their transformation to S/4HANA (on premise or cloud)
- Be engaged for latest technologies and SAP products
- Find learning opportunities in daily tasks by staying curious and open to new experiences that will improve technical and functional knowledge.
You will work and collaborate with a highly experienced team of technical experts within the global Premium Hub CoE organization.
