Description:
We are looking for a SERVICE CONSULTANT (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Responsibilities:
- Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks for medium voltage variable speed drives (for example, commissioning of products and systems, preventive and reactive maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.
- Supports customer remotely and onsite and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
- Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
- Conducts customer plant and equipment audits to identify effective maintenance and spare parts management strategies.
- Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations.
- Ensures own safety as well as that of others
- Quality focussed
- Zero-harm safety approach
- Must be willing to do Standby
- Adherence and understanding of EHS Protocols/legislation
- ECSA Registration as a Professional Technician (PR Techni) Advantageous
- Must be competent in Advanced levels of Microsoft Office Suite in order to draw and write various
- types of reports
