Responsibilities:
- Work with a highly experienced team of technical experts within the Premium Hub CoE RSD Unit
- Schedule remote Continuous Quality Check (CQC) services for broad area of topics
- Collaborate with teams in other regions and/or functions across the globe
- Support our front roles with their questions around our service portfolio
- Ensure capacity utilization within the delivery team
- Verify and solve service booking issues of global front roles
- Ensure business continuity through participation in regular test cycles for internal systems
- Be engaged on the latest technologies and SAP products
- Keep up with technological changes through continuous improvement, innovation, and automation
- Find learning opportunities in daily tasks by staying curious and open to new experiences that will improve technical and functional knowledge.
