Join our team at Cardrona Alpine Resort as the Services Coordinator - Food & Beverage! We’re looking for a dynamic individual to ensure excellence across our F&B operations, maintaining high service standards while keeping within budget. If you’re a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, this could be the role for you!
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing guest service across all F&B outlets, ensuring that staff are well-trained to deliver exceptional service standards. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to design and cost menus for each venue, ensuring they fit within budget parameters. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and managing drinks and cocktail menus, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and ensuring that all liquor licensing and health regulations are strictly followed.
