The Opportunity: This position is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Service Department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and genuine product support.
This role will partner closely with 6 Resident Technicians to ensure they have all required to complete the service and repair of Komatsu products.
This position will be required on-site 5 days a week at the Tomato branch with the core hours being flexible to either start at 7:00am or 8:00am and finish at 3:00pm or 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and closing jobs into the Komatsu system ensuring accurate entry of data
  • Providing quotations on the service, repair and parts required for Residents.
  • Supporting the Service Supervisor in the coordination of work in progress jobs, invoicing, and warranty claims
  • Ordering, dispatch, and delivery of parts to Residents
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operation and delivery of the field service team.
