We have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our Keysborough Distribution Centre on a full-time permanent basis. The working hours of this role are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Answering enquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely and efficient manner so customers receive their goods on time
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous and helpful customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction
- Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process
