The key responsibilities of these positions include:

• Preparing and cooking fresh food, meats, fish and chickens
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintaining stock levels and presentation standards
• Implementation of Food and Health and Safety requirements, include record-keeping of temperatures and cleaning
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards of the department
• Flexibility to work additional hours and cover busy trading periods
