Responsibilities:
As Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics
- Forming and executing strategy to ensure profitable growth of the business and delivering expected levels of financial performance
- Developing long range forecasts for region resource needs
- Creating and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training.
- Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions
- Developing the year plan for the own function the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical team
- Acting as Point of Contact and maintain close relationship with key client
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3 +years P&L experience
- 3+ years of experience in Resource Management
- 3+ years of Sand Control, Packer, IPS, or Fishing Services experience in Operations or Sale
