What you will be responsible for as a Service Delivery Associate:
- You will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support and oversee the relationship.
- Provide support for resolving problems and issues which occur in applications and the system operations of SimCorp Dimension to provide convincing and timely solutions to our clients.
- Application Configuration maintenance and enhancement, and daily operations of the applications (including monitoring and troubleshooting)
- We follow a hybrid working arrangement but will be required to be onsite at the at client (CBD) as and when required. Weekend/Public holiday works are required on occasion. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion.

Recruitment Process

2. Assessment: Take the SHL assessments covering general ability, personality and a Hackerrank test focusing on basic Excel and scripting.
3. Interview: Participate in two rounds of interview with our business units to assess your suitability and potential
