Job Description
We are seeking a talented, self-starting individual to join our Managed Services Team as a Service Delivery Coordinator. As part of RPI Consultants PMO, you interact directly with RPI’s customers to determine their service needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support. You maintain and develop client relationships, constantly identifying areas in which client business could benefit from our service offerings and presenting existing successful relationships to prospective clients.
One of the key responsibilities of RPI’s Service Delivery Coordinator is to make sure that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, or a relevant field or equivalent
  • One year of relevant professional experience related to Project Coordination, Project Management, or Service Delivery Management in a Managed Services environment
  • Demonstrated success in customer service roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
  • Experience with relationship management and interpersonal business development
  • Ability to quickly learn software and teach others new things
  • Experience with incident management software applications preferred
  • CAPM, PMP, or similar project management credential preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with customers to determine service needs and how our offerings can address their growth and potential
  • Responding to client requests and concerns for Small to Medium-Sized Managed Services Accounts
  • Checking in with your team to make sure they meet benchmarks so that products and services are delivered to clients on time
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships, focusing especially on building long-term relationships around RPI’s Managed Services offerings
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to Ad Hoc Support and Managed Service Accounts
  • Assist RPI’s Service Delivery Manager with the set-up of new managed service contracts by preparing standard operating procedures and governance plans, completing setup in RPI’s internal professional services software, and scheduling consulting resources as needed
