The Role: As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients. You will support the coordination and execution of wellness programs, manage logistics, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity, circa 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of health and wellness programs across various client sites.
- Manage scheduling, resources, and communication with both internal teams and external clients.
- Monitor program progress and troubleshoot any service delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on program outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients & health professionals, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
