TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Have a background in Supply chain or materials planning preferably in a chemical related industry
• Be familiar with computer based planning and scheduling tools processing transactions on SAP and Microsoft Suite
• Have experience in dealing with 3rd party contracted suppliers effectively
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Norwegian and English speaker would be advantageous

As our Service Delivery Product and Equipment Co-ordinator you will also be responsible for

• Managing transactions internally to ensure demand is met
• Creating delivery tickets to ensure time sensitivity chemicals are where they need to be when they need to be there
• Supporting day to day production and upstream chemistry solutions interfacing with functions and departments including supply chain, product management, procurement, sales and commercial
• Managing 3rd party supply chain, materials and warehousing activities
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage and communicate the process effectivel
