Job Title: Service Delivery Lead – FCAS /FalconWorks & US Programmes (3 roles)
Location: Warton / Salmsbury
Salary: £63,900+

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Knowledge and experience of Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), Contract Status Review (CSR), resource planning, and change management
• Background in Project Management delivery/Operation delivery
• Ability to act on behalf of and represent DDT&E in both local and senior reviews with the Lines of Business
• Strong relationship and leadership management skills across a large and varied stakeholder group
• Experience with Lifecycle Management and Technical Bid Reviews

Desirable:

• Project Management qualification (PM qualification) or equivalent relevant experience
• Knowledge of Engineering programmes

• Hold the primary interface with the Lines of Business on behalf of DDT&E (Design, Development, Test and Evaluation)
• Responsible for the Programme Management of the projects that DDT&E discharges
• Capture and sequence New Business and Change requirements including accurate demand for Highly Probable and Probable work, providing harmonised DDT&E responses
• Work in conjunction with the Delivery Teams to drive and improve performance, working with key internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve issues along with the agreement and direction on prioritisation of work within DDT&E
• Accountable on behalf of DDT&E into the Line of Business and Air System Integration Team (ASIT) reviews and interactions
• Provide the combined DDT&E Cost, Schedule and Quality reporting for programmes within your area of responsibility through internal and external reviews
