Continuing to build on our already successful customer relationships and delivery history, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee our operations within the Waikato region providing supportive leadership to a team of highly skilled Line Mechanics, Electricians, Technicians and Support staff, by demonstrating effective management, strong business acumen and the ability to influence change. You will be focused on providing a high level of customer service that meets the diverse needs of your clients.

As an accomplished people leader, preferably in the Electricity Distribution network sector, you will quickly gain the respect of your crews and credibility with our clients. Your will be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate technical information and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership ability to drive motivation and engagement of a large, diverse team, ideally geographically disperse environment.
- Sound financial skills and business acumen
- Commitment to strong safety culture and focus for improvement.
- A flexible attitude with a focus on innovation and productivity to ensure the team delivers low cost fit-for-purpose solutions without compromising safety standards
- Project management experience and strong customer focus to ensure results delivered within client specifications
