Job Description

• Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner.
• Applicants must also have excellent written english and grammar as there will also be a requirement to communicate via social media.
• Empowering our staff.
• Excellent reporting features.
• Excellent system and CRM.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in the service delivery field: minimum 24 months.
• Flexible in their approach and the ability to go the extra mile.
• Every interaction with our client must be a positive one.
• Ability to negotiate commercial requirements on behalf of Intrust Communications.

EDUCATION

• Degree in business economics or similar an advantage.
• Degree or high qualification in analytics.
• 2nd language preferred.
• Note: This is a senior position within Intrust.
