THE PERSON:

We are seeking a people-focused service manager who has a track record of developing partnerships with customers and fostering a collaborative approach to service delivery.
With a solid understanding of service management principles, ideally within an ITIL/ITSM framework, you’ll bring extensive knowledge of best practices. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures, especially in Higher Education, will enable you to build relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of IT services critical to the University’s activities.
You’ll work closely with our IT Service Operations, Applications and Technology teams, ensuring service delivery meets our high standards. You’ll drive customer excellence and improvement in our services, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and establish effective reporting mechanisms. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving issues, owning problems, and managing major incidents.
