ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong communication and IT skills.\n
• Influencing and negotiating skills\n
• Understanding of and commitment to equality and diversity issues\n
• Experience of providing a housing management service and of managing tenancies as well as licences; ideally also experience of working with managing agents.\n
• Organisation skills with ability to work on own work with minimum supervision and ability to work as part of a team.\n
• Willing and able to travel – own transport essential (car allowance available)\n

THE ROLE

This role is part of Customer & Communities where you’ll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
\n
There is a Fixed term contract role available to help start a key project for our Service Development team. You will be undertaking survey work within our customer homes, to determine customer need, mobility, wellbeing and any home support needs. You will link with internal teams to ensure the property is fit for purpose.
