Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to step into the role of Service Delivery and Project Manager. The role’s dual purpose is crucial for the streamlined delivery of our services and the adept completion of our projects.
The right candidate will be proficient in evenly distributing their efforts between service delivery supervision and project management, with special attention to upgrading the guest experience and promoting continuous improvement.
Welcome to the Experience team in LEGO House
The Experience team is responsible for building and operating the experiences in LEGO House, as well as ensuring a great experience both before and after the visit. The team plays a crucial role in living out the ambitions of the LEGO House strategy and the initiatives it contains, while at the same time ensuring a great guest experience on a daily basis. A significant shift introduced by the strategy is the move towards platform thinking, as opposed to a one-off mindset.
With platforms in place, our focus is to continuously innovate our experiences, leading to an ever-evolving LEGO House experience. To achieve this, it is essential that our core processes are clear and stable, providing the necessary foundation for flexibility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

  • Increase operational insights and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with Product Managers.

Project Management (50%):

  • Plan, drive, and track the progress of projects to maintain adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

One of the first projects will be focused on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and embed D&I into the experience organization creating an inclusive environment for both guests and employees.
