Description:
Yorktel are seeking a Service Delivery / Project Manager to join the team!
The Service Delivery / Project Manager is a hybrid role, contributing to both the Service Delivery and the Project Management teams. The Service Delivery / Project Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, and represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of AV and communications technologies and industry.
- Able to read engineering drawings and follow directions.
- General construction experience, use of hand tools, understanding of electrical signals and cabling.
- Very organized, proactive, excellent time management skills.
- Self-Starter and motivated to accomplish goals and objectives with minimal oversight.
- Successful working in team situations as an individual contributor.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate in a direct, concise manner in both verbal and written interactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in the integration of audiovisual, video conferencing and closely related technologies preferred.
- AVIXA CTS certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-starter, self-sufficient and self-motivated with the ability to maximize efforts daily without supervision.
- Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating all internal and external tasks to deploy assigned service projects
- Ability to handle several large to mid-size projects as well as several additional smaller projects
- simultaneously
- Responsible for conducting internal and external kickoff meetings for projects and establishing
- project schedules
- Responsible for scheduling and holding project status meetings, as necessary
- Ability to project job cost assessment and tracking related to each effort as well as providing
- monthly project forecasts
- Support and assist the Sales team on project timelines and RFP responses as requested
- Interface with vendors as necessary
- Act as Single Point of Contact during project execution Other Duties as assigned.
