Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring LNER delivers its legendary service? As our Service Delivery Team Roster Clerk, you will lead the way in ensuring our team is fully staffed to meet operational needs. You’ll manage weekly and daily rosters, ensuring colleagues are scheduled in accordance with safety and operational principles. Handling timesheets, annual leave, and overseeing our rest day equalisation process will also be key responsibilities. Your organized approach will be critical in managing these tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be the central point of our scheduling operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day staffing.

  • Manage weekly and daily rosters to meet operational demands.
  • Handle timesheets and annual leave, balancing colleague requests with business needs.
  • Oversee rest day equalisation to distribute overtime fairly across all grades.
  • Maintain various administrative processes related to rostering.
