QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Service / Interaction design, business school with focus on service design or a related field
- Strong understanding of service design principles, methods and tools
- Experience with design thinking, human-centered design, and co-creation techniques
- Ability to create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and other design artifacts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio of design work that demonstrates a strong understanding of service design principles and processes
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior to inform service design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service design strategies, concepts and prototypes.
- Design and implement end-to-end service experiences that address user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
- Develop customer journey maps, service blueprints and other design artifacts.
- Conduct usability testing and other form of users feedback to validate and refine service design solutions.
- Develop and maintain service design guidelines, standards and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in service design.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other activities to contribute to the overall design strategy and vision.
