Description:

SKILLSET:

Ø Attention to details and processes, strong analytical capabilities is a must for this role
Ø Maintaining clear and excellent customer services skills at all time
Ø Strong problem solving, and good decision making
Ø Ability to work within a team
Ø Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Ø The successful candidate must have fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills
Ø Have a very good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ø Excel proficiency a must
Ø Experience with Sage50 is a plus
Ø 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

Ø Creating and updating jobs on our CRM system
Ø Answering the ServiceDesk Support phone
Ø Generating and issuing PO’s
Ø Placing orders with suppliers and following up
Ø Support and Liaising with Service Engineers and Service Managers
Ø Responding to customer queries
Ø Generating status reports for customers and updating customer platforms.
Ø Reporting to the service desk manager daily
Ø General admin duties
