  • Training provided in Q-SYS, Dante, and Bosch Praesideo/Praesensa.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical and logical approach.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

This is an excellent opportunity to join an Infrastructure Technology company in Melbourne.
The ideal person for this role will be a Telco / Fibre / AV Technician with IT skills or a Service Help Desk Specialist. You will have knowledge of IT Systems and some knowledge of Q-SYS, Dante, and Bosch Praesideo/Praesensa which are audio software programmes.
