Description:
WORKPLACE: REMOTOPROFILE:
- Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
- Professional experience of more than 1 year in Service Desk;
- Proven professional experience in technical support for Windows environments, namely workplace operating systems and their troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of installing applications in workplace environments with Windows operating systems;
- Knowledge of the ITSM ticket registration tool will be valued;
- ITIL certification is valued;
- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong customer orientation and achievement of objectives;
- Availability to work shifts 24/7.
