Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for a fully remote role in a fast-paced environment? Bluekong Networks is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support our clients and engineers during out-of-hours operations.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth service delivery during night-time operations. You will be responsible for:

• Handling Client Support Requests – Answering and logging client issues efficiently.
• Ticket Management – Creating, updating, and managing support tickets in our system.
• Engineer Coordination – Assigning engineers to tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Out-of-Hours Engineer Management – Supporting engineers on behalf of project managers, ensuring they complete the required paperwork.
• Quality Control – Monitoring engineer performance and ensuring work meets our high standards.

Training Period: The first four weeks will be completed within normal working hours to ensure full training and onboarding. After this, you will transition to the night shift schedule. Some of this time will be in our office in Theale to allow for full training.
