About the Role
As part of a small team, you are the initial point of contact for user engagement, providing support for Service Requests and Incident Management. Specifically, in this role you will:
Provide first level support for Gateway maintenance.
Proactively monitor client system gateways and respond to alerts.
Develop, update and maintain IT support documentation and prepare Monthly Operations reports.
Provide expert support to end users for the Penten suite of products and services.
Provide basic COMSEC support.
Skills & Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for stakeholders.
Basic networking and Linux systems understanding and experience with Mobile Device Managers.
Experience using IT Service Management Systems (Jira, DSMS, Service Now or similar).
Experience in IT Service Desk Operations and/or incident management.
