We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Service Desk.
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Desk operations and will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s efficiency and service delivery.

EXPERIENCE :

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as Service Desk
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support end-users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient IT services.
  • Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to maintain security and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement strategies for improving system reliability and performance.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides to support efficient operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of IT systems.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance IT service delivery.
  • Manage user accounts permissions and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations to protect data and ensure availability.
  • -Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Show proficiency in hardware and software installation configuration and maintenance.
