SERVICE DESK ENGINEER

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer in our Infrastructure team.

Funding Circle is seeking a customer-focused, efficiency-driven Service Desk Engineer with an eye for innovation, quick thinking, and effective collaboration across teams such as Client Platform, IT Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Workplace Services. In this role, you’ll provide technical support and input across diverse programs of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to colleagues and key stakeholders
  • Incident Management, addressing user inquirers and technical issues
  • Request Management for new starter/leavers and application request
  • Providing IT support and systems administration
  • First point of contact for on site or remote support technical issues
  • Manage and prioritise support tickets
  • Documentation/User trainin
