Description:

WORKPLACE: LISBON (HYBRID)PROFILE:

  • Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
  • Proven professional experience in the service control process and its SLAs;
  • Professional experience in operating ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow;
  • Ability to create documentation that highlights the status of the service and its possible improvements;
  • Solid knowledge of the Incident Management and Change Management process;
  • Good knowledge in building service dashboards and creating analyzes in Power BI;
  • ITIL, Power BI and MS Excel training and/or certifications are valued;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong customer orientation and service quality;
  • Spirit of initiative and autonomy.
