Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all IT support.
  • Responsible for IT maintenance and efficient operation across all IT functions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate as required.
  • Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining system and data security.
  • Supporting end users with issues around Passwords and IT System
