- Being the first point of contact for all IT support.
- Responsible for IT maintenance and efficient operation across all IT functions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate as required.
- Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintaining system and data security.
- Supporting end users with issues around Passwords and IT System
