Responsibilities:
This is a unique career opportunity for experienced Service Desk Officers to apply and develop their skills and knowledge, as they look to progress their careers as either a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
The Level 2 Service Desk Officer role involves providing in-depth analysis and thorough troubleshooting of support requests to ensure the School receives a high standard of support.
This role serves as an escalation point and mentor for Level 1 Service Desk Officers and provides Level 1 support to the School as needed.
