Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the Service Desk Team Leader, this role will provide IT support to our Support Office and our retail store teams. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into an entry level IT role. This is a permanent full-time position, working a rotating roster over 7 days, which include morning, afternoon and night shifts based at our Support Office located on St Kilda Rd.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receiving and responding to IT queries including trouble shooting scanner, POS system technical issues and a multitude of Support Office inquiries
  • Ensure every phone query is dealt with professionally and accurately recorded in our system
  • Escalate issues (where cannot be immediately resolved) to the Service Desk Manager and/or other support teams
  • Keep customer across the status of issue and contribute to the education of business users
  • Work with the Senior Service Desk Specialists and wider IT team to problem solve and follow up on queries
