Responsibilities:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Desk Technician to join our IT team based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Reporting to the Head of IT your primary responsibility will be to provide a hands-on IT support service for incidents and service requests.
You will assist with the maintenance and operation of our computer systems and software.
