Job Title: Service Desk Technician (L1/L2 - Microsoft Services)
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite initially, potential for hybrid/remote work)
Job Type: 12-Month Contract (W2 Hiring, Staffing Agency Supported)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician (L1/L2) with a strong focus on Microsoft services
to support our IT operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage
ticketing systems, SaaS-based Microsoft environments, and endpoint security tools. The
candidate should be comfortable working onsite in North County, Del Mar Heights, or Torrey
areas initially, with potential flexibility for remote work later.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1-L2 IT support with a strong emphasis on Microsoft services (SharePoint,
Azure, SaaS-based Microsoft environments).
Manage ticketing systems and respond to user requests in a timely and efficient
manner.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot new computer setups and IT equipment.
Support and maintain ManageEngine and endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne
Antivirus.
Ensure cultural fit and a professional, laid-back approach to IT support.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide an excellent IT service experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in an L1-L2 Service Desk role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft services (Azure, SharePoint, SaaS-based
environments).
Experience with ManageEngine, ticketing systems, and endpoint security solutions.
Proficiency in computer setup, troubleshooting, and IT hardware/software
management.
Ability to work onsite in San Diego (North County, Del Mar Heights, Torrey area).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with SentinelOne Antivirus and other security tools.
Previous experience in a corporate IT support environment.
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model after the initial onsite period.
