REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer Service Experience in an IT support environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to understand new concepts and quickly adapt to changes in technology.
  • Have the initiative and confidence to solve problems independently.
    We provide further training on our services, product knowledge and digital skills.
    First round Interviews: via telephone 27th -29th November 2024
    Second round Interviews: in person W/c 9th December 2024
