Make a significant impact by delivering essential support to staff and students across various IT services, contributing to our outstanding reputation for customer care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for IT Services
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide advice to users, guiding them on the best use of IT Services.
- Ensuring seamless IT operation for staff and students.
