SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – INTERMEDIATE CARE TIER

Warrington Borough Council is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Development Manager to join our Intermediate Care Tier. This role is key to driving service improvements and developing innovative business solutions that achieve better outcomes for our population. You will work closely with partner organizations across health, the Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sectors to deliver an integrated and responsive care offer.

WHAT’S NEEDED?

We are seeking a skilled and proactive leader with experience in service development and project management. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of working in partnership across organisations, delivering integrated services, and driving improvements to achieve better outcomes.
