Description:

OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY

This role seeks to drive the implementation of post-18 services from pilot to steady state. This includes working with the appointed service partners for the Enabling Services Hub (ESH) – community support for persons with disabilities and their caregivers close to their homes - and community partners to help the ESH achieve the key objectives and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in service management work or have lead new programmes /pilots.
  • Good degree in relevant disciplines
  • Strong team player
  • Self-driven, resourceful and able to multi-task
  • Meticulous and diligent
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

Support the AD (Service Management and Partnerships) to (i) develop and implement partnership and stakeholder engagement strategies; and (ii) oversee the implementation of the ESH pilots. Key duties include:
