Role Profile
A Hygiene Technician is responsible for service duties which include, but are not limited to, driving to client site(s) to provide a ‘best in class’ delivery and collection service of sanitary disposal units, washroom products such as soap dispensers, air care and more. Ensuring that the washroom or facility has been serviced to an exemplary standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Driving from your home address to our customers premises on your pre planned route (single premises or multi stop dependant on customer requirements).
  • Carrying out a ‘best in class’ service and exchange of Citron Hygiene products which includes but is not limited to sanitary disposal units, washroom products such as soap dispensers and air care products and more.
  • Being the face of Citron Hygiene and providing exceptional customer service to all our customers.
  • Maintaining great communication with the Service Management team (based at the Service Centre) throughout your working day to ensure all planned stops are completed and escalating and/or resolving any issues which arise in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring you achieve the required PDA usage percentage along with mandatory customer signature requirements.
  • Returning to the Service Centre to unload and replenish stock, as and when necessary.
  • Adhere and champion all company Health and Safety rules and policies without exception.
  • Adhering to all mandatory compliance and training processes, includes but is not limited to, vehicle check submission process, iHASCO, DriveTech, Engage & Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Adhering to all Citron policies and procedures.

Skills Required

  • Self-motivation and confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to meet robust operational targets.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills with a detailed and structured approach to work.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
