Service Engineer

Description:

• Understand the KPI and work towards to achieve the goal.
• Ensure and fulfil principal requirement closely. (TR, STR and duplication test, EQA, evaluation test Etc.,)
• Assemble the competent team and make them (Tech Cell) work done in close co-ordination.
• Frequent branch visit and understand their requirement for the diagnostic vehicles and support. Ensure communicate and explain the bulletins and other technical communications.
• Ensure the preparation of tires, batteries, special tools consumables before launching the new model.
• Ensure technical diagnostic culture to support AAC network (F1 and CS).
• Prepare and send the technical reports to all the principles and management on monthly basis.
• Technical interaction and explanation with customers.
• Co-ordinate with Parts Dept. for TSB parts, campaign and port modification-non availability
• Ensure achievement of target (Financial and Non-Financial)
• In house and regional contest support and preparation.
• Show initiative for trainings and self-improvement provided by the Management.
• Punctuality, Attendance & discipline at work.
• Honesty & Integrity.
• Maintaining good interpersonal relation with subordinates and superiors.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in engineering discipline or 3-year Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Similar experience with major light vehicle dealer or principle for 3 to 5 years.
• Good Technical & Diagnosis skills
• Able to guide the team of Technicians
• Team building skills
• Computer literacy
• Arabic an advantage
