    The Company:

    The Role of a Field Service Engineer:
    As a Field Service Engineer, you will become part of a dynamic engineering team, servicing, installing, and repairing a broad spectrum of medical devices, including medical beds, hoists, and adjustable headboards. You’ll provide essential support to hospitals, care homes, and similar environments.

About You:

  • Proven mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering background, or hands-on experience in a practical trade (e.g., handyman, car technician, or maintenance engineer).
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • You MUST hold a full UK driving license and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must reside within 5 miles of Harlow, Epping, or Loughton for ease of coverage.

The Package:

  • £33,000 - £35,500 per annum.
  • Bonus and overtime worth approximately £5,000 annually.
  • Fully expensed company vehicle, pension, iPad, mobile, and all tooling provided.
