REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electronics, Computer, or Automation Engineering.
• Experience with security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Alarm) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networks, and databases.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-focused. Must be willing to work rotating night shifts.

• Work with Customer Service Representatives to resolve client security system issues quickly.
• Provide support, maintenance, upgrades, and training for security systems.
• Create system diagrams using AutoCAD software.
• Build strong client relationships and focus on improving customer satisfaction.
• Manage the renewal of support and maintenance contracts.
• Follow company standards and policies to ensure quality service within the designated region.
