Description:

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer for the customer support of Industrial Application projects. Based in Bayswater, VIC, your focus will be on the Marine Industry. You will be involved in supporting our customers with their service of motors, automation and propulsion systems, and the power distribution and transmission of ships.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership and responsibility of service delivery and customer support throughout Australia
- Enabling customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of service requests.
- Support the Siemens Energy Marine customer support helpdesk (email and phone support, on call periods will be required)
- Carrying out the on-site work safely including job hazard and safety risk assessments
- Effective support & collaboration with sales and execution (bid preparation phase, project installation and project commissioning)
- Accurate completion of administrative duties such as time sheets & expense claims.
