EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS & QULIFICATION

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simulataneously.
  • Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environemtn.
  • Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
  • G ood knowledge and application of Microsoft Office such as MS Excel (e.g VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a service or construction industry
  • Previous experience in an admin or coordinaton role is a plus.

A JOB THAT MATTER: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

At dormakaba, we believe in the impact that every role makes. As a Service Executive , you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
This position requires strong coordination and administrative skills, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide shared support to Sales & Operations team
  • Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.
  • Effectively coordinate and follow up on customer work orders for automatic doors breakdown, installation, and/or preventive maintenance until closure for Service Engineers, ensuring smooth field support operations.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Warehouse to facilitate materials and equipment to meet delivery KPI (Key performance indicators).
  • Monitor and follow up customer payments, including outstanding collection, if any.
  • Assist in back up of tasks when respective team member is out of office
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor or head of department from time to time.
