ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for an experienced, hard working Service Improvement Officer who has proven experience within the care sector and a track record of improving both the quality of service provided and regulatory ratings. You’ll be well respected and seen as an ambassador for improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out internal audits and review the branch standards and compliance in line with the regulatory requirements
  • Supporting of monitoring trends and inbedding lessons learned
  • Branch training on standardised approaches to compliance, ensuring you are always sharing best practice to ensure knowledge is embedded. (care planning, policies, compliance etc)
  • As directed by QBP provide branch specific/ peripatetic operational suppor
  • Awareness of new features and as directed, ensure branches imbed new products (following rollout)
