RoleDescription
TheSIAM Bundle Lead is responsible for contribution to theDepartments future Service Integration and Management approachand leading anysubsequentapproaches to market for these services. TheSIAM Bundle Lead willlead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and servicedelivery specialists, including the SIAM SME, to deliver assignedoutcomes.

The successfulSIAM Bundle Lead and SIAM SME will have a strong understanding ofmulti-vendor ICT operating models, contemporary development andservice delivery frameworks and models, and contemporary servicemanagement toolsets and solutions. This includes:

• Applyingtheir knowledge of the following to various aspects of theprogram, including but not limited to the development of approachto market requirements for enterprise computing services,evaluating responses, agreeing solutions, and implementingcontracted outcomes:
• howthe services and solutions of individual suppliers areintegrated together to deliver services and solutions toapplication owners, developers, and end users.
• contemporarySIAM and ITIL Service Management services and operating models.
• othercontemporary development and service delivery frameworks andmodels such as DevSecOps and SAFe.
• contemporaryservice management toolsets and solutions, including publiccloud toolsets and solutions.

contemporaryenterprise operations toolsets and solutions, includingapplication performance monitoring.
