Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Service Key account handling your own Key Accounts portfolio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while making a tangible impact on the renewable energy industry.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, we expect you to possess the following:

  • A broad knowledge of contract management, sales, finance, and customer care.
  • Experience working within a service organization in an international environment.
  • Previous experience in Project Management, aftersales, or Planning and Logistics.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build trustworthy long-term customer relations.
  • Proficiency in reading, understanding, and enforcing technical and legal contracts maybe with expertise in service contracts, liability, and risk management.

  • Fluent communication in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We expect that you:

  • Maintain and expand service customer relations by proposing solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Ensure review of- and contract management from technical, legal, and commercial perspective.
  • Guarantee compliance within agreed service contracts and enforce terms and service agreements.
  • Negotiate service contracts, additional sales, and quality and warranty claims with customers.
